Mrs. Shalu B. has been working in Department of Management at KITTS since 2024. She brings to the role a rich blend of academic and industry experience. Prior to joining KITTS, she worked as Assistant Professor at VNS College of Arts and Science, Pathanamthitta for 1 year and 5 months. Before entering academia, she spent 2 years as Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, gaining valuable industry exposure in finance and customer relations.

Shalu is a two-time UGC-NET qualifier and holds an MBA from TKM Institute of Management, Kollam, with dual specializations in Marketing and Finance. Her areas of interest include research in management disciplines, organizing and participating in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and engaging in seminars to foster academic growth and professional development. She is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic fields of marketing and finance.
