Ratheesh R. R. holds a Masters Degree in Tourism Management (MTM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Folklore and Cultural Studies (PGDFCS). He also has a Bachelors Degree in Tourism Studies (BTS). He started his career as faculty of Travel and Tourism in Sharon Academy for Management Studies (SAMS) at Kochi. Before joining KITTS in 2011, he worked as a teacher in Travel and Tourism at Republic Of Maldives (IGCSE) under Ministry of Education.
